Casino Plan Endorsed In Hardeeville
A casino-hotel resort has been approved by the Hardeeville City Council that would be owned by the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians and developed by SB Investment and Stratford Land. The complex would create 2,250 jobs and include the casino, a 400-room hotel, 2,000-seat event center, restaurants and an 18-hole golf course.
