Iowa Lawmaker Supports Online Gaming
Iowa state Senator Jeff Danielson plans to introduce a law allowing online poker in Iowa. He said the Justice Department’s opinion regarding the federal Wire Act opens the way for Iowa to form interstate and even international agreements to offer internet gambling.
