The Ohio Casino Control Commission has finally set a date for when the state’s first casino will open: May 14. On that date the Horseshoe Casino Cleveland (l.) will be the first of the state’s four casinos approved by voters to begin operation, followed two weeks later by Penn National Gaming’s Hollywood Casino Toledo.
