Group Challenges Ohio Casino Location

The mayor of Columbus, Ohio as well as a group called Stand Up Columbus, want Penn National Gaming Inc. to work with them to switch the location where it will build its casino from the Arena District (l.), which is guaranteed by the constitutional amendment that voters passed last November.
