Quebec to Pay Off Gambling Addicts
A Canadian man is encouraged by an out of court settlement made by the Quebec Lottery in a class action lawsuit brought by thousands who say the state is responsible for their gambling addiction. Halifax, Nova Scotia man Bernie Walsh hopes this will help him in his lawsuit against Atlantic Lottery Corp., Nova Scotia Gaming Corp., the Nova Scotia Alcohol and Gaming Authority.
