Iowa Board Has Doubts About Two Casino Proposals
The Iowa board in charge of issuing gaming licenses was being extra careful scrutinizing four plans for casinos to add to the 17 already in operation. Commissions pronounced themselves happy with two plans and unhappy with two others.
