Struggle To Get A Casino Bid For Kansas’s Southeast Zone

Kansas has been trying to attract a viable casino bidder for the right to build a state-owned but privately operated casino resort the Southeast zone, but the problem is that the minimum investment of $225 million is seen as too high. A state representative wants to do something about that.
