Difficult Year, Need for Efficiency Drives U.K. Regulatory Merger
The annual report of the U.K. Gambling Commission is out and it recommends that the commission be merged with the National Lottery Commission to take advantage of efficiencies and cost-savings. CEO Jenny Williams (l.) says it provides synergies.
