Agua Caliente COO Leaves Company

Sat, Feb 06, 2010

Agua Caliente has lost the chief operating officer of its casino properties after David Fendrick announced his departure at the end of January.

David Fendrick, chief operating officer for the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians' California casinos, left the company at the end of January.

The tribe refused to comment on Fendrick's departure, saying only that it was a personnel matter.

"There's nothing negative about it," Fendrick told the Desert Sun. "It wouldn't be appropriate to comment. It's their decision. I'm just moving on-going to look for other opportunities.

Fendrick worked for the tribe for five year and was responsible for overseeing the construction of the tribe's Agua Caliente casino and The Show.

Prior to joining the company, Fendrick worked for Pala Casino Resort and Spa, Empress Casino and other riverboat properties.
