Connecticut Governor Wants to Add Keno Game by Fiat
Governor M. Jodi Rell (l.) believes that she has the authority to begin offering keno as part of the state lottery. Some lawmakers fear this action threatens the state’s compacts with its two Indian casinos, which also offer keno.
