GameTech International has elected Floyd "Bud" Glisson and Steven M. Rittvo to serve on the company's board of directors. The appointment will last until the 2010 annual meeting of stockholders, at which time the two will be nominated for reelection.

"We are very pleased and excited to welcome Mr. Glisson and Mr. Rittvo to our board of directors," said GameTech Chairman Richard Fedor. "Mr. Rittvo is a highly respected figure in the gaming industry who will add a valuable perspective and further complement our current board. Likewise, Mr. Glisson's gaming background and executive leadership experience make him ideally suited for our board. I am confident that Bud and Steve will be important contributors to our board, and I look forward to working with them."

Glisson worked for Acres Gaming from 1997 to 2003, when the company was purchased by IGT. Glisson has most recently worked as a manager of private investment funds. Rittvo is chairman and CEO of the Innovation Group, a consulting company that he co-founded in 1993.
