Missouri now has 13 casinos with the recent opening of Pinnacle Entertainment’s River City Casino, a $375 million facility that opened near St. Louis. In addition, Pinnacle will have a chance to defend the lifting of its license for St. Louis’ President Casino, and have a shot at moving the license to a new location.
