The game, already offered at the state's two tribal casinos, has been proposed for 600 to 1,000 bars, taverns and restaurants as a way to balance the budget, but the state could lose the tribal payments if it’s not careful. The Mohegan tribe, owners of the Mohegan Sun (l.), would consider it a breach of faith.
