Tabcorp Casino Demerger Vote Nears

Australia could have a new casino operator by the start of the second week of June. The demerger of Tabcorp’s casino division into the entity Echo will begin trading on June 6 if a vote is successful on June 1.

Lawsuit Would Payments to State

The U.S. Supreme Court may review a lawsuit pursued by a Southern California tribe to limit the ability of state governments to squeeze money out of gaming tribes. The suit by the Rincon Band, which owns Harrah’s Rincon (l.) , could impact many other states.
