Ed Tracy, the president and CEO, and Davis Sisk, the COO. Sisk joined after stints with Wynn Resorts and Caesars Entertainment, and Tracy had developed several riverboat and tribal projects in the 1990s following his tenure as president of Trump Hotels and Casinos.
