Like most gaming companies, Isle of Capri Casinos has endured a difficult few years. Virginia McDowell, the company’s president and CEO, joined the company just prior to the economic downturn and explains how changes implemented during that time have benefited the bottom line. And with two new licenses in Missouri and Pennsylvania, Isle has a growth story to tell. She talks about branding, social networking and Isle’s unique corporate culture. McDowell will join the State of the Industry keynote presentation at G2E on Wednesday, October 5, 2011. She met with Global Gaming Business Publisher Roger Gros at the Isle offices in St. Louis in June.
