Gulfport, Mississippi-based Foundation Gaming Group recently was approved by the Mississippi Gaming Commission to purchase Resorts Casino Tunica (l.) and Bally's Casino Tunica. The properties, both in foreclosure, are owned by Colony Capital of Santa Monica, California. The deal should be finalized by November 30.
