In his recent recommended state budget, Iowa Governor Terry Branstad (l.) proposed increasing casino taxes from 22 percent to 36 percent, to raise $200 million that could cut corporate taxes in half. “I don’t believe the budget will survive in the form he presented,” said Senate Majority Leader Mike Gronstal. “It’s outrageous. Outcry in Albany
