888 Holdings announced it has hired Ian Gallagher as its next chief product officer.
Having started in the role before the end of the last year, Gallagher is expected to lead the company’s product development and strategy, including its subsidiaries William Hill, Sports Illustrated and Mr. Green.
“I’m happy to share that I’ve started a new position as Chief Product Officer at 888 Holdings,” Gallagher said in a LinkedIn post. “I am excited to work with Per Widerström and his team to help shape and grow the iconic brands that we have.”
Prior to joining 888, Gallagher most recently served as product director for Flutter. He also held similar roles at Paddy Power Betfair and Rational Group.
2024 will be a pivotal year for 888, which brought in new CEO Per Widerström in October amid various uncertainties and transitions.
