The mayor said the small casino would be a boost for the area’s economy and cultural activity.

The gaming area will consist of 805 square meters (8664 square feet) out of a total of 1,491.32 square meters being developed. It will be able to accommodate 358 customers and employees. Manuel González Méndez is the architect.

The developer highlighted the creation of more than 75 new jobs to cover the different gaming, catering, maintenance, security and other activities. The jobs are expected to be filled from the local population.

The venue will include a hotel and is envisioned as a cultural meeting place for local artists, who will be able to exhibit their work.
