The diversified gaming company Affinity Gaming recently named Erin Barnett vice president and deputy general counsel, where she will be responsible for all legal and contractual matters. Barnett offers significant experience in corporate and transactional activities, including a wide array of contract negotiations.
Most recently Barnett worked as an attorney with the McDonald Carano Wilson law firm in Las Vegas. Prior to that, she served as the associate general counsel for the Greenspun Corporation in Henderson and as an associate in the transactional department of Las Vegas law firm Marquis Aurbach Coffing.
Barnett, a native of Canada, earned her bachelor’s degree from Dalhousie University and bachelor of laws from Dalhousie Law School in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
