Affinity Gaming Names Board Chairman

David Reganato replaces Richard Parisi as chairman of Affinity Gaming. Reganato is a senior investment analyst with Silver Point Capital and formerly worked in Morgan Stanley’s banking division.

Affinity Gaming on September 15 announced David Reganato has been elected board chairman and succeeds former chairman Richard S. Parisi, effective immediately.

Reganato is a senior investment analyst with Silver Point Capital, which he joined in 2002. Reganato also worked in the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley and earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

In addition to serving as chairman of the Affinity board, Reganato also serves on the boards of Granite Broadcasting, Studio City International Holdings and Rotech Healthcare.

Former chairman Parisi served as a director of Affinity since May 14, 2013, and as chairman since July 11, 2013.

Las Vegas-based Affinity Gaming owns and operates 11 casinos, five of which are in Nevada, three in Colorado, two in Missouri and one in Iowa.
