AGE Sets Attendance Record

The 2016 Australasian Gaming Expo welcomed more than 6,800 attendees last month, the most in the event’s 27-year history. Already more than 100 exhibitors have signed up for 2017, when the show moves to Sydney’s new International Convention Centre.

The 2016 Australasian Gaming Expo set a new record for attendance last month, drawing 6,813 visitors over the course of the three-day trade show, the most in its 27-year history.

“We believe that the success of the show reflects the strength of the hospitality and gaming industry in Australia,” said Ross Ferrar, CEO of the show’s producer, the Gaming Technologies Association.

Almost 100 exhibitors covering two-thirds of the this year’s floor have already committed to exhibit in 2017, when the show will be held August 15-17 at Sydney’s new International Convention Centre.
