Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City has opened to the public. It is the third casino of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians.

Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City opened to the public two days before Thanksgiving.

The 30,000 square foot casino has 536 slots, three table games and three bars. It’s the third casino the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians has opened in the Coachella Valley. The others are Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs and Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage.

The casino hadn’t yet announced a firm opening date, but indicated on social media that it would be opening with the text “Doors now open. Party on.”

Restaurants include Café One Eleven, sports bar 360 Sports (a concept that is also at the Rancho Mirage property) and Agave Caliente Tequila Bar.

The casino also includes the 12,000 SF Agua Caliente Pavilion, which can host events of up to 1,000 guests.
