Alex Yemenidjian, a former CEO of Tropicana Las Vegas & Casino from 2009-2015 has joined the board of directors of Green Thumb Industries, a cannabis supplier to consumers.
The co-founder of Integral Associates will offer his expertise in governance and in navigating highly regulated industries to that of the new cannabis industry.
Yemenidjian was chairman of the board and CEO of MGM Inc from 1999 to 2005 and was its president from 1995-1999. He was also COO and CFO for the company. He is currently a trustee of mutual funds Baron Investment Funds Trust and Baron Select Funds.
