Apache Gold Casino & Resort Upgrades with QCI

Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has partnered with Apache Gold Casino & Resort in San Carlos, Arizona, to carry out an upgrade of the property’s operations.

Under the deal, Apache Gold has switched to the AGI56 enterprise platform from QCI. This, the provider said, is its most advanced release to date.

The property will have access to AI analytical capabilities through Chatalytics.com, QCI’s conversational interface. This will be in addition to the desktop version of QCI Heatmap, QCI Metrics and QCI Dispatch.

QCI said these tools enable real-time decision-making, streamline operations and deliver enterprise-wide intelligence to optimize guest experience.

QCI Heatmap delivers real-time visualization of the gaming floor, allowing casino managers to view live performance and player data directly. Meanwhile, QCI Metrics is a secure, opt-in benchmarking program enabling participating casinos to share non-PII data.

Finally, QCI Dispatch is a workflow and dispatch tool that automates the assignment of tasks such as jackpots and machine malfunctions.

Apache Gold Talks Up ‘Strategic’ Move

Sam Peralta, the general manager of Apache Gold, said the switchover provides the venue with the “insights and agility” to better serve its customers.

“Upgrading to AGI56 was a strategic decision to keep Apache Gold at the forefront of technology-driven operations,” Peralta said. “The new capabilities in Heatmap, Metrics, and Dispatch have already improved how we manage the gaming floor and engage with data.”

QCI CEO Ralph Thomas added: “We are proud to partner with Apache Gold on this upgrade. AGI56 brings the power of conversational AI, real-time visualization, and enterprise-scale benchmarking into one integrated platform.

“Apache Gold’s commitment to innovation ensures they are well-positioned to optimize operations while delivering exceptional experiences to their guests.”
