Austrian game and system supplier Apex Gaming has promoted Max Pessnegger from chief technology officer to chief executive officer, effective November 1. Company founder Johannes Weissengruber was named chairman of the Apex Group of Companies.
Pessnegger has played a major role in expanding the gaming portfolio of Apex Gaming, which covers land-based, online and mobile gaming channels.
The naming of Weissengruber as chairman of the parent group reflects the strategic alignment within the company and assures a future-proof management structure, the company said.
