The 2017 lawsuit concerned alleged infringement of VGT trademarks, trade dress and trade secrets. Under the settlement Castle Hill will no longer use the game titles New Money, Arctic Cash, Arctic Ice and Welcome to Nugget Mountain, or certain machine features and paytables. It will also pay VGT $3 million.
