Aristocrat Leisure Limited announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of B2B iGaming supplier Roxor Gaming for an undisclosed price. Roxor has two in-house game development studios and offers its remote game server and publishing technology in the U.S. and U.K.
Roxor will form part of Aristocrat’s online gaming division, rebranded in October as Anaxi, which will pair with Aristocrat Gaming and the Pixel United mobile-first publishing business.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Roxor to Anaxi and the broader Aristocrat group,” said Anaxi CEO Mitchell Brown in a statement. “With our ambition to be the leading gaming platform for the regulated online RMG industry, the addition of Roxor to our team is an exciting and important step forward. The Roxor team is exceptionally talented, and we look forward to growing together.”
The acquisition is still subject to regulatory approvals.
