Slot Manufacturer Aristocrat Technologies held a conference in Chicago to educate and receive feedback from its best customers. The “Insight to Innovation Customer Advisory Forum” a two-day event that drew slot and systems leaders from across the industry spectrum.
“We are keenly focused on helping our customers grow their business and entertain their patrons with innovations that truly stand out on the gaming landscape,” said Matt Wilson, Aristocrat’s managing director of the Americas. “With forums like this, customers can share their insights with us and with each other, and that enables us to become an even better business partner.”
Nationally recognized author and co-founder of Age Wage Maddy Dychtwalt opened the event with a keynote address that set the stage for the next two days of discussions.
In addition to sessions specifically dedicated to customer feedback, the forum consisted of several breakout presentations covering a broad range of topics such as game design philosophy, floor performance management, loyalty and mobile solutions.
Beth Perlman, senior vice president and CIO at Live! Casino & Hotel, said, “This summit helped to ensure we are effective working partners, because it’s all about working together. I rely heavily on Aristocrat and their developers to help me be successful with my customers, and their leadership is open, wants to hear honest feedback and wants to make the relationships better.”
Vicki Baggett, players club manager at Win-River Resort & Casino said, “Aristocrat is taking our suggestions and concerns to make the products better, which allows us to buy in and become one with Aristocrat, one with the software, and support it. That makes us feel valued and part of the team, which solidifies our relationship and makes running a casino so much easier. After all, it’s us together, serving the guests.”
A company announcement noted that customers recently voted Aristocrat the No. 1, slot provider, and nominated the business as having the most anticipated portfolio of games in the industry, in the 2018 Goldman Sachs Slot Survey.
Additionally, the Q2 Eilers Fantini Quarterly Slot Survey highlighted Aristocrat’s Lightning Link, Dragon Link, and Buffalo Grand as the top premium games in the industry. Further, Buffalo Gold was ranked the top casino-owned game.
“We can’t succeed unless our customers succeed—it’s that simple,” Wilson said. “We are extremely grateful to our customers for attending this year’s forum and for providing us with the insights and engagement that will help us better support their success in future.”
