Aristocrat Raises $231 Million for Playtech Bid

Aristocrat Leisure Limited reported that it completed the retail portion of its fundraising effort to acquire iGaming content giant Playtech, raising $231 million. Meanwhile, a third suitor showed up to challenge the Aristocrat bid.
