Arizona’s BlueWater Resort & Casino, owned by Colorado River Indian Tribes is in the midst of a phased reopening from its Covid-19 shutdown.
The reopening is a phased process that began in September 14 after the resort had been closed since March. It began with the gaming floor, followed by cinemas reopening but only on weekends. November 9 table games began dealing, with players limited to three per table. Four days later 24/7 operations returned.
Some of the dining venues and bars are still closed and special events have not yet returned, such as the Mixed Martial Arts and Spring Classic boat races.
Patrons’ temperatures are scanned as they enter through one of two entrances. Face masks are required and those with high temperatures are turned away.
Inside, social distancing is enforced.
