Ashley Out at G2E; Reed Names New U.S. President

Melissa Ashley (l.), who led the operations of G2E for Reed Exhibitions, has left the company and will be replaced in 2019 by Michael Mandl. The company has also named Debbie Evans president of RX US. She comes to the job from being president of RX South East Asia and Australia.

Ashley Out at G2E; Reed Names New U.S. President

Melissa Ashley, the leader of G2E for Reed Exhibitions, has resigned to take another position in a different industry. Ashley has led G2E for the past two years. Former director Ed Several will oversee operations at this year’s G2E before he also exits Reed for a new opportunity. Michael Mandl will extend his show responsibilities and take on Global Gaming Expo and the National Hardware Show, beginning with G2E 2019. Korbi Carrison will continue to serve as show director for G2E.

Debbie Evans, who has been president of RX South East Asia and Australia, will now have the role of president, RX US, announced Herve Sedky, president of Reed Exhibitions (RX) Americas.

Evans currently runs a section of the company that includes five nations and over 50 events. Prior to that she was managing director of RX Australia. Her new job completes a transformation of senior leadership for RX Americas.
