Aspire Global has finalized the integration of Pariplay’s Fusion platform into its BtoBet sportsbook provider subsidiary, as part of a continued execution of its M&A strategy.
The integration has opened up considerable synergies as Pariplay’s content development services will now be available to BtoBet’s full suite of international partners, offering clients an opportunity to diversify their revenue stream.
“This is an important step in Aspire Global’s growth strategy,” said Tsachi Maimon, CEO of Aspire Global. “Pariplay will now reach a number of new markets with its leading content through BtoBet’s tier 1 partners.
“At the same time, BtoBet has significantly strengthened its offering with content that appeals to a wide player demographic. Aspire Global has proven its ability to make value-creating acquisitions.”
Pariplay’s Fusion platform features over 12,000 games from global suppliers and is licensed in over 16 regulated sectors, whilst BtoBet is compliant in over 20 territories and has developed a strong market position in Latin America and Africa.
Additionally, BtoBet has been making inroads in Europe, having recently acquired a sports betting license in the U.K. while also targeting other markets on the continent.
The first operator to utilize the new integration is Premierbet, an operator with a strong presence in the African sports betting market, boosting Pariplay’s audience in countries such as Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria and Cameroon.
An expansion of Aspire Global’s international M&A strategy, the integration follows the acquisition of Pariplay in 2019 and BtoBet in 2020. Aspire’s customer base now includes a number of tier 1 operators such as BetVictor, 888casino, Rush Street Interactive and William Hill.
The acquisition of BtoBet in particular was highlighted as being instrumental to Aspire Global’s successful trading year in 2020, recording a 37.6 percent increase in revenues from €32.2 million in Q4 2019 to €44.4 million in Q4 of last year.
