Cash-access equipment supplier Atrient will be giving away a card-printing kiosk package in a sweepstakes drawing at its Booth 3602. The package includes the kiosk with all software, training and support, valued at $200,000. To enter, casino executives can visit Atrient’s booth for a product demo. The drawing will take place at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 10, and the winner must be present.

“We are so excited about our product and how the industry has accepted it, so we decided to have some fun,” said Sam Attisha, CEO of Atrient. “No executive really wants a free pen or USB charger, so in line with our philosophy of only the best, we are gifting one of the industry’s most valuable products.”

Atrient’s card-printing kiosk offers advanced security functions, including facial recognition that instantly compares the image on the license with the person standing at the kiosk. A kiosk can hold up to 2,000 cards and print four tiers. It has security alert functionality for underage and banned patrons, as well as expired IDs. It can process a club enrollment to all patron systems in 45 seconds, and reprints take even less time than that.

“Our kiosks’ limits have been pushed many times, and they have delivered,” said Attisha, “including 100,000-plus patron cards in less than a month for property grand openings, including recently opened MGM Springfield and Hard Rock Atlantic City. They reduced lines at Hard Rock Atlantic City from two hours to less than 10 minutes. Caesars Entertainment is currently doing a system-wide rollout.”

Atrient has contracts to install card-printing kiosks in over 70 new sites in the U.S. alone, and is set to install in Europe next year. The kiosk is capable of reading driver’s licenses from 80 countries and all passports.

“The No. 1 reason a patron goes to a rewards club is for card reprints and enrollments,” Attisha said. “Our kiosks have achieved a 100 percent ROI in year one of operation for nearly all our current clients. The card-printing kiosk has become to rewards clubs what TITO is for the cage.”
