Babilino will report to Jon Lucas, Hard Rock International COO. She will manage all hotel sales and marketing incentives, sales training, customer events, sales program implementation and the recruitment and retention of sales professionals.

“An aggressive, results-focused sales division is critical to the future success of the expanding Hard Rock brand, especially as we continue to add hotels and casinos throughout the United States and around the world,” said Lucas. “We are confident Danielle Babilino will drive Hard Rock sales beyond our greatest goals.”

Babilino was also vice president of sales and marketing at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach and its sister development in Las Vegas. From 1998 through 2005, she was vice president of sales for Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, where she focused on national sales and the establishment of an upscale brand for the casino and resort complex on the Las Vegas strip.

Babilino holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She will be based in Hollywood, Florida, at the corporate offices of Hard Rock International.
