Bahamas Casinos to Reopen in July

Two Atlantis resorts in the Bahamas will reopen next month. The Royal and Harbourside Resort on Paradise Island will resume operations on July 7. The Cove will follow on 14 July.

Both are managed by Atlantis at Paradise Island Resort and Casino, which partnered with the Cleveland Clinic to create the Atlantis Clean & Safe Promise program. The enhanced safety measures are being implemented though there have been no cases of Covid-19 in the Bahamas since the start of the pandemic, reported Gambling Insider.

“The Atlantis Clean & Safe Promise is our commitment to working with global health experts to provide a safe and healthy environment for everyone who enters our doors,” said Atlantis President and Managing Director Audrey Oswell. “We can’t wait for guests to join us again for the unforgettable Bahamian experience that sets Atlantis apart as the most remarkable destination resort in the world.”
