Bally’s Chicago To Stay Open 24/7

Bally’s Chicago will remain open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, starting Wednesday, December 27. Casino officials also announced other changes to parking, shuttle service and dining options.

Bally’s Chicago Vice President and General Manager Mark Wong said, “Opening our doors 24/7 is clearly an important step as we continue to increase our visitation. For November, we were the second most-visited casino in the state, and we saw our highest guest admissions to date.  This is a progression towards attaining the goals we set out to achieve and gives us similar hours to other local casino properties.

“We are excited to give players more opportunities to enjoy all that Bally’s Chicago has to offer. We look forward to continuously providing a fun, rewarding environment for residents and tourists alike.”

Along with the expanded hours of operation, Bally Rewards cardholders will have access to free or discounted parking located directly across the street from the casino. Bally’s guests can park at R.O.W. Garage at 50 E. Ohio Street, 24 hours a day, and have their parking ticket validated when they leave the casino.

Bally’s Chicago also plans to expand dedicated shuttle service at select locations. Currently, hourly casino shuttles pick up customers near the Chinatown Library, near Wentworth and 28th Street and Wentworth and Archer. The most up-to-date schedules and routes are available on the Bally’s Chicago website.

In addition, the Wabash Café will expand its service to 24/7, offering quick-serve meals including breakfast. Kitchen 888, Medinah Bistro and the Circle Bar will operate on their regular hours.

Opened in September in the historic Medinah Temple, Bally’s Chicago offers three levels of gaming with 800 slot machines, 56 table games and dining options. Meanwhile, construction continues at the permanent $1.7 billion state-of-the-art casino, located at the former Tribune Publishing plant site.
