Bally’s Corporation has struck up a partnership with enterprise email marketing platform iPost to support communications across 14 of its casino properties in the U.S.
The deal will see iPost power Bally’s email marketing strategies at each of the casinos. This follows the recent merger between Bally’s and Queen Casino Entertainment.
Queen properties had been using iPost to support email marketing for a number of years. Bally’s said the switch to iPost will unify and elevate its digital marketing efforts.
The agreement will also grant Bally’s access to account management and expert professional services.
Bally’s to Streamline Email Marketing
Michael Donovan, chief marketing officer and senior vice president of Gaming Operations at Bally’s, said the partnership will strengthen the operator’s decision-making processes.
“The platform’s proven success at select properties and the opportunity to streamline operations made the decision clear,” Donovan said. “The iPost team has provided exceptional support, strategic insight and a solution tailored to our needs.”
iPost CEO Cameron Kane added: “We’re honored to partner with such an iconic and growing name in gaming. Bally’s commitment to digital excellence aligns perfectly with our mission to help casinos create highly personalized and measurable guest experiences through email.
“We’re thrilled to help power their continued growth.”
The broader deal between Bally’s and Queen brought four additional casinos across three states under control by Bally’s.
