A Bangladesh central bank team is in Manila, Philippines to reclaim at least part of $81 million stolen from its account in the New York Federal Reserve in February, Reuters reports.

Last September, a Philippine court ruled that the Bangladesh Bank is the legal recipient of $15 million returned to authorities by Kim Wong of the Eastern Hawaii Leisure Company. Wong claims he received the millions from two Chinese high rollers but said he is innocent of wrongdoing himself.

“The writ of execution that the money be handed back to Bangladesh has already been done by the court,” said John Gomes, Bangladesh’s ambassador to the Philippines. “The good thing is now that the process on this $15 million is more or less completed, we will go for the rest.”
