The British Columbia Lottery Corp. (BCLC) will present its 10th annual New Horizons in Responsible Gambling Conference on March 9-10. This year’s conference will be presented in a virtual forum.
The scheduled keynote speaker is David Eagleman, a Stanford University neuroscientist, broadcaster and bestselling author on topics such as sensory substitution, brain plasticity and time perception. His speech kicks off two days of engaging sessions around the theme, Reflection: Celebrating 10 Years of Progress.
Since 2013, BCLC has hosted this annual event giving researchers, industry representatives, policymakers and treatment and prevention professionals a place to share ideas and drive critical conversations that advance knowledge about and support for player health.
