The Royal Decree goes into effect October 20, and includes a provision where players can request an increased deposit limit. Belgium’s Gaming Commission (BGC) will investigate the request to determine if the player is listed in the Central Individual Credit Register of the National Bank of Belgium as being in default of payment.

After that, the player will be able to deposit an unlimited amount. Such players will be continuously monitored by the BGC.
