Industry publisher Better Collective announced it has acquired the assets of Premium Administration OU (PAOU). The company said it secured a “seven-figure” deal to expand its coverage within Finland, where PAOU is based.
Better Collective’s industry network portfolio will be expanded with several PAOU websites including kasinosankarit.com and sports domain vastaveto.com.
“We would like to thank the sellers for a transparent and fair process, we are very excited about carrying forward the magnificent job they have been doing,” said Michal Kopec, Head of M&A for Better Collective in a press release. “This is a perfect opportunity for us to continue growing across Europe, and the Finnish market has long been on our radar.”
Copenhagen-based Better Collective will now move to optimize PAOU’s affiliate inventory, adding new user engagement tools and further combining its operational dynamics for the Finnish asset, the release said.
