The Bureau of Indian Affairs has approved amendments to the tribal state gaming compact between the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation and the state of Washington.
This will allow the tribe offer sportsbooks at its three North Central Washington Casinos. It is still finalizing details although it hopes to begin soon, said a press release.
Colville Tribal chairman Andy Joseph said in a statement, “This new kind of gaming will help attract visitors from around the country and allow us to further support the economy of our region.”
