Big Debut for Interblock’s Pulse Arena

The innovative e-table space, designed with chat and social media functionalities and featuring a 43-foot video wall, got a rousing welcome in its North American debut at New York’s Seneca Niagara. The attraction features 46 electronic play stations featuring traditional and video games.

New York’s Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino went all out last week for the opening of a new social-gaming/hybrid-gaming experience developed by Interblock called Pulse Arena.

The November 17 ceremony at the STIR bar at the tribe’s Niagara Falls resort combined a light and sound show, dancers and “ambassadors” to welcome players to the space, which is fitted with five automated generators and 39 interconnected play stations offering roulette, sic , craps, blackjack and baccarat against the backdrop of a 43-foot video wall.

The opening marks the North American debut of Pulse Arena, which Seneca Niagara General Manager Pat Bassney described as an “unprecedented, unique, interactive gaming and entertainment experience”.

“I am truly confident that our partnership will help position both our organizations for the future,” said John Connelly, global CEO of Interblock.

The space includes seven Interblock StarBar bar-top play stations offering both traditional table games and video poker games and technology that allows players to communicate with each other via a chat function and post social media updates on the video wall.
