Bankruptcy attorney fees for Revel Atlantic City’s corporate parent are at just under million with potentially another .2 million to come.
According to bankruptcy court records, the attorneys have already been approved for $9.97 million in fees for the bankruptcy and sale of the casino and have filed a pair of invoices for another $3.19 million, according to the Press of Atlantic City.
The vast majority of the fees are for services from White & Case, the New York-based firm that specializes in corporate restructuring and led the effort to sell the Boardwalk property for $82 million to developer Glenn Straub’s company, the Press reported.
