Wynn Resorts has named Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Craig Billings a non-executive director of Wynn Macau Ltd.
The appointment is retroactive to April 17 and lasts for a period of three years.
Billings previously serviced as chief digital officer and managing director of strategy and business development at Aristocrat Leisure, and has also served as the chief executive officer and president of ZEN Entertainment. He has also served in various roles at IGT, and Goldman Sachs, according to GGRAsia.
The appointment was announced in an interim filing that included Wynn Macau’s first-half results, which saw casino revenues of HK$16.5 billion (US$2 billion), adjusted EBITDA of HK$5.3 billion and profit of HK$3 billion in the six months ended June 30.
