Bluewater Resort & Casino and gaming analytics company Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) have announced that the QCI Slot Platform will soon be implemented at the Parker, Ariz. property.
The system analyzes player interaction with slots and table games and helps casino managers understand how various games are performing, how to better arrange floor space and when to remove machines altogether to optimize revenue.
According to Bluewater, installation of the system is already underway and staff training is set to begin shortly.
Phil Hall, Director of Slots at Bluewater, hailed QCI’s platform as the most comprehensive slot analytic system in the gaming industry today. “The solution enables us to address critical questions in what is now a very dynamic and ever-changing gaming market,” said Hall.
QCI is currently partnered with over 3,000 locations globally, with about 50 of those sites located in North America.
