International gaming testing company BMM Testlabs announced that Ashle Burnside, formerly a member of the Eastern Shawnee Gaming Commission, has been named the company’s tribal services manager. She will join Jodi DeLascio, director of tribal gaming, in providing support, training and technical compliance assistance to tribal gaming regulators across the U.S.
Burnside brings over 12 years of tribal gaming regulatory experience to BMM. Starting her career at Peoria Gaming Center in Miami, Oklahoma, Burnside oversaw slot and cash operations for the opening of Buffalo Run Casino in 2004.
In 2008, she went to work for her own tribe, as a commissioner on the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma Gaming Commission, On the commission, Burnside worked as a gaming inspector to oversee the development of what is now Eastern Shawnee’s EGM Compliance Department.
Burnside was instrumental in developing many of the approved tribal regulations that are still used today, and in 2013 she was promoted to EGM compliance supervisor.
