Bodog Leaves Most Asian Markets

The Bodog online casino and sportsbook site has announced that it is leaving most Asian nations in order to comply with regulations banning sportsbook.

It announced it is leaving China, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia and Japan. It will be staying in India.

Earlier this month Asian players were informed that they had until October 31 to withdraw funds.

Sites affected include Bodog88 and those that run on the PaiWangLuo network.

In recent months many Asian countries have become more robust in their efforts against illegal online gaming. This is especially true of China, which wants to stop the illegal hemorrhaging of funds leaving the country.
